What it was like before I do not know as I entered the school in the same year; teachers have the new Headteachers has brought clarity of the workings of the school; the students behaved with good manner - no phones, improved library, more professional uniforms; higher grades and in 2016 the school achieved a 'Good' in a OFSTED inspection, the first in years. However, at the end of my five years in Rushcroft I have noticed a increase in students not wearing their uniform correctly and even though there have been little\/no severe fights, a handful of specific students being disrespectful to the well-trained, lovely teachers.
