He would make my life hell and would use constant slurs and threaten physical violence to me which i struggled to deal with at times. I don't even know why he did it. Eventually this stopped but he remained a minor hostility until his eventual permanent exclusion from the school in the fourth year I was there but all and all this is a message to parents who plan on sending their children to this school. Make sure they tell you everything and if they are given a hard time by others or not because if so you must contact the SLT team to sort it out which they hopefully will. The reasons for teachers leaving so often and constant use of supply teachers is unknown to me. It's either the way the school is viewed or maybe it's just the way the cookie crumbles. Some students though have got on my nerves and a certain one (I won't say his name obviously) got to me the most and this was mainly when I started. He would make my life hell and would use constant slurs and threaten physical violence to me which i struggled to deal with at times. I don't even know why he did it. Eventually this stopped but he remained a minor hostility until his eventual permanent exclusion from the school in the fourth year I was there but all and all this is a message to parents who plan on sending their children to this school. Make sure they tell you everything and if they are given a hard time by others or not because if so you must contact the SLT team to sort it out which they hopefully will.
