But however, in recent years, me and many of my peers have noticed and seen a great decline in the schools ethic to maintain the good standard that it once held. People that i know have had issues with bullying and teachers not listening to them. They have had phone calls and meetings to resolve the issue and nothing has ever been done about it. And sometimes the teachers never got back to the parents or students, and never talked about the issues to the students\/parents and brushed it off. And some of the staff seem quite unprofessional and unfit to be working with children with special needs. I have left this school and how i do have fond memories with the friends i made, i am happy that i am moving on and not in a school at the standard it is in now. One more note to make is Gary Smith was a great head teacher and i believe he is the reason this school had been amazing. But ever since he had left, that is when things started to go down hill. You decide what you think about this school, but i know with my years of experience, it really has a lot to improve on in lots of departments. Especially teachers and LSAs forcing students to eat food they are not comfortable with. This has happened to me on multiple occasions where i said i do not want to, but they would not back down. Even on students with eating disorders. But i will say Market Field College is by 100 times better than the school in general. But however, in recent years, me and many of my peers have noticed and seen a great decline in the schools ethic to maintain the good standard that it once held. People that i know have had issues with bullying and teachers not listening to them. They have had phone calls and meetings to resolve the issue and nothing has ever been done about it. And sometimes the teachers never got back to the parents or students, and never talked about the issues to the students\/parents and brushed it off. And some of the staff seem quite unprofessional and unfit to be working with children with special needs. I have left this school and how i do have fond memories with the friends i made, i am happy that i am moving on and not in a school at the standard it is in now. One more note to make is Gary Smith was a great head teacher and i believe he is the reason this school had been amazing. But ever since he had left, that is when things started to go down hill. You decide what you think about this school, but i know with my years of experience, it really has a lot to improve on in lots of departments. Especially teachers and LSAs forcing students to eat food they are not comfortable with. This has happened to me on multiple occasions where i said i do not want to, but they would not back down. Even on students with eating disorders. But i will say Market Field College is by 100 times better than the school in general.
