They come to pick me up from the lobby at 9.15 and then they asked me to wait for 1 h alone in a classroom because they had another candidate before me. After my observation they asked me to come for a second interview\/lesson observation. I got ready for the second interview and at the end of it they give me a positive feed back but mentioned that they would let me know the final decision by the end of the day. They have not sent me any e-mail that day , or the second day. I dared to call the school and to ask the EYFS head what happened and without giving me any clear answer she just hang up in my face. The second day I called again. The deputy answered me and said I was unsuccessful, with no explanations or feedback email. By this time I lost 1 week waiting for them to take a decision and give me a reply. Precious time I could of searched and secured a position with another school. I am so upset with the way the school handled this situation. They treated me in such a disgusting manner. I would not work with this school not even if I would be invited. Also I strongly do not believe they offer equal opportunities and chances for their candidates. They come to pick me up from the lobby at 9.15 and then they asked me to wait for 1 h alone in a classroom because they had another candidate before me. After my observation they asked me to come for a second interview\/lesson observation. I got ready for the second interview and at the end of it they give me a positive feed back but mentioned that they would let me know the final decision by the end of the day. They have not sent me any e-mail that day , or the second day. I dared to call the school and to ask the EYFS head what happened and without giving me any clear answer she just hang up in my face. The second day I called again. The deputy answered me and said I was unsuccessful, with no explanations or feedback email. By this time I lost 1 week waiting for them to take a decision and give me a reply. Precious time I could of searched and secured a position with another school. I am so upset with the way the school handled this situation. They treated me in such a disgusting manner. I would not work with this school not even if I would be invited. Also I strongly do not believe they offer equal opportunities and chances for their candidates.
