I allowed my son's picture to be used for free as advertising and was involved from day one in promoting the school. Both the vision and direction were well sold and initial execution solid. This did not continue and after the first year the school had been driven to bankruptcy and required the intervention of a new owner. The new owner ignored requests on the schools direction and vision . In fact both my children went to the Beacon, which I believe to be a great school and he did not. We had further differences but assumed these could be reconciled. After our initial meeting, the owners refused any civil correspondence, the head never spoke to us again, all of which was a destruction of the good faith we had built with the school. I allowed my son's picture to be used for free as advertising and was involved from day one in promoting the school.
