Boyton Primary School - Welcome to Boyton Primary
We are a fantastic rural primary school, located in a village on the outskirts of Launceston. We currently have two classes. However, although a small school, we are passionate in providing a rich, inspiring and aspirational education to all, in a nurturing environment where children truly are at the heart of every decision made. We are very proud of the amazing outdoor spaces that we have at Boyton Primary. The school community has access to an impressive playing field attached to the school, with climbing equipment and outdoor learning opportunities. We also have a scooter track that all children get to use at breaktimes. Acorns/ Birch class is for our Early Year Foundation Stage children, Year 1 and 2. These children are taught by Mrs Gilman and Mrs Billing. Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 are taught by Miss Kinver and Mrs Davies in Chestnuts Class. We have recently re-opened our Nursery provision on a Thursday and Friday. Catkins Nursery is for 2-4years olds and currently open on a Thursday and Friday and led by Mrs Lawton. If you would like to visit, do get in touch! Katherine Davies (Head of School) and Jon Phillpotts (Executive Head) https://www.andaras.org/web/
