I received daily beatings, there wasn\u00e2\u0080\u0099t a day where I didn\u00e2\u0080\u0099t go home without a bruise.\n\nI remember going home with two black eyes and when my mother asked what happened the staff simply said \u00e2\u0080\u009cnothing\u00e2\u0080\u009d, when they watched what happened with their two own eyes and didn\u00e2\u0080\u0099t bother to interfere with the situation.\nI tried speaking to members of staff plenty of times and so did my parents. The staff always dismissed it.\n\nI spent most of my childhood and to my late teen years struggling with anxiety and depression due to that experience. It ruined my life.
