While children who repeatedly act like smooth brains and animals are rewarded for not eating a computer once. And finally, half of the staff members are incapable of controlling children. This is ridiculous! How can you not control the students when they are literally gnawing on each others arms. Thanks for making my life hell.\n\nSteps to improve your establishment: 1. However, there are some very silly things in this 'school'. The first one is their ridiculous sense of what's bad or good. An example of this is how they punish 16 year old for swearing but not the children smoking next to the front gates, making the school look terrible. The next thing is their reward system, this is also terrible. Children who consistently work well are given approximately... NOTHING! While children who repeatedly act like smooth brains and animals are rewarded for not eating a computer once. And finally, half of the staff members are incapable of controlling children. This is ridiculous! How can you not control the students when they are literally gnawing on each others arms. Thanks for making my life hell.\n\nSteps to improve your establishment: 1. Higher compitant staff who can actually control a class. This is vital as it can prevent injury. 2. Reward the correct students and punish those who do wrong. This would make the good students feel valued which would allow them to continue doing well, punishing smooth brained animals will help make the school a better place by keeping people safe and making them value their good behaviour.
