They encourage you to do your best!\n\nThe staff here defiantly give you the time of day to understand your issues, and to try and come to a solution to your problems.\n\nI'm honestly glad i came here, if it wasn't for such understanding staff i don't think i would be where i am. They give you opportunities to develop as a student, they give you chances to 'push' yourself out of your comfort zone.\n\nTo many, places like The Rubicon are a VALUABLE resource too us. If we lost places like this where would students go if it wasn't for places The Rubicon.
