They are shockingly bad at dealing with mental health or students with hidden disabilities. I attended for six years from year seven to twelve, despite the school being a science school there was a severe lack of science teachers and I often had cover teacher who knew nothing about the subjects and on two occasions my class was left without a teacher for the entire period. This school is very bad at dealing with bullying, which happened frequently at the school, and believed isolation was the only option. They are shockingly bad at dealing with mental health or students with hidden disabilities. Teachers are often rude and are unable to deal with classrooms, the school also seems unable to keep teachers and by the end of my education at this school there were only a handful of teachers who had been there as long or longer than I had, every September there would be a wave of new teachers and often they would not stay longer than two years. While there are a few teachers at this school who care about students wellbeing this definitely can not be said for all teachers or senior members of staff.
