I personally think they should hire someone that Is non-judgemental and does not discriminate against younger people's life choses. if you want student to grow and want to learn you have to allow them to express themselves and be happy and comfortable. Telling children at a young age they must fit into a perfect model of what you want not what makes them happy. Also scaring them into thinking if they don't fit that model they will fail and become nothing is disgusting. I was also told this and I chose to ignore it and I'm happy and successful. One example of this : when I went to this school and I was not only bullied by head teacher because I partly shaved my head and he personal didn't like it, it was also because I am I girl and even though many other students that were male were allowed to do this I was not. I personally think they should hire someone that Is non-judgemental and does not discriminate against younger people's life choses. if you want student to grow and want to learn you have to allow them to express themselves and be happy and comfortable. Telling children at a young age they must fit into a perfect model of what you want not what makes them happy. Also scaring them into thinking if they don't fit that model they will fail and become nothing is disgusting. I was also told this and I chose to ignore it and I'm happy and successful.
