Also, on the Ofsted report it quotes in the section to improve on. \u00e2\u0080\u009censuring that all teachers have high expectations of what the pupils can achieve\u00e2\u0080\u009d this furthers the point that the teachers have no hope in students.\nAlso, it seems that they prioritise their money over students since they like to try everything to keep you in school. They also made a change from normal blue shirts which have to admit was a signature of the school and made you feel proud. They were replaced by nameless white shirts, we also have to wear blazers next year which will negatively affect it more.\nThe teachers are no better, they like to be very controlling, if you are to take your tie off, you will be punished. off site you can be punished if you swear, fight or mess around near a house you can be punished. A few months ago, at the start of the year they banned students from going on a specific street.\nStuff they can Improve.\n! Improve the behaviour policy to before.\n! Bring back the old signature Crofton Academy Blue shirts.\n! Make sure Mr Pool Stops Shouting at kids.\n! The Inspiration Children have for the future\n! Being able to have more access to Online Devices\n! harsher on phones in school but intern let them be used at break\nStuff Going Well:\n! Support for Children with Disabilities\n! The Leadership\n! The curriculum\n! the support for Children Going through harsh times.\nOverall the school needs some drastic measures to be put in place for the pupils or people will go to nearby academy\u00e2\u0080\u0099s instead of Crofton. Also, on the Ofsted report it quotes in the section to improve on. \u00e2\u0080\u009censuring that all teachers have high expectations of what the pupils can achieve\u00e2\u0080\u009d this furthers the point that the teachers have no hope in students.\nAlso, it seems that they prioritise their money over students since they like to try everything to keep you in school. They also made a change from normal blue shirts which have to admit was a signature of the school and made you feel proud. They were replaced by nameless white shirts, we also have to wear blazers next year which will negatively affect it more.\nThe teachers are no better, they like to be very controlling, if you are to take your tie off, you will be punished. off site you can be punished if you swear, fight or mess around near a house you can be punished. A few months ago, at the start of the year they banned students from going on a specific street.\nStuff they can Improve.\n! Improve the behaviour policy to before.\n! Bring back the old signature Crofton Academy Blue shirts.\n! Make sure Mr Pool Stops Shouting at kids.\n! The Inspiration Children have for the future\n! Being able to have more access to Online Devices\n! harsher on phones in school but intern let them be used at break\nStuff Going Well:\n! Support for Children with Disabilities\n! The Leadership\n!
