I enjoyed my time at the school, especially the sixth form, where I forged friendships that are still going strong today.\n\nToday's school is very different to the one that I attended. It now comes across as results driven and that league tables are more important than actually educating the pupils. One boy, when I was there, was 21 when he finally finished in the sixth form, because he repeated a year on more than one occasion. WCGS is a special school, which gets the balance just right.
