They're also very open minded and actually listen to the students thoughts on matters and systems in place. This is done through student voice or arranged meetings with SLT and\/or faculty leader. Which, I think, really sets Amington ahead of a lot of other schools.\n\nAdditionally, staff are very quick to adjust to any changes in a pupil's educational needs and if (in the unlikely event) they make a mistake, they acknowledge it and apologise to the student.\n\nAnother thing that's nice is that the teachers don't shout. It makes a calmer environment that's better suited for working.\n\nDiversity is celebrated broadly across the academy, and advances in how discrimination is tackled have been made.\n\nTo improve, I would maybe suggest offering more things to do at break and lunch.
