In post 16, facilities are provided for students and teachers support them in reaching for their goals. Yes bullying does happen in school but it is dealt with and picked up on by staff, it cannot be stamped out completely, that's impossible. There are not as many fist fights as there used to be. The school and its staff have always strived to put students first. I am also a student myself and can see both sides of the situation. it has strict rules but that's what keeps it all so structured, no matter how unnecessary some of those rules may seem.
