Ever since the Witherslack group took over our school over 17 members of staff handed in their resignation. Lots of these being key members of staff like therapists and teachers. Now the school is short staffed and kids at the school are running about setting off fire alarms and all sorts with nothing happening. I feel sorry for staff who currently work there as they are most likely burnt out. I am not sure about some members of senior leadership at the school either as they don\u00e2\u0080\u0099t seem to be helping anyone. As of the 17 that have left they don\u00e2\u0080\u0099t seem to be able to or haven\u00e2\u0080\u0099t hired many people to fill the positions they have left, this is not good.
