The nursery staff, admin and reception staff are so unprofessional and don\u00e2\u0080\u0099t have a clue what is going on! The nursery staff put other children\u00e2\u0080\u0099s belongings in my child\u00e2\u0080\u0099s bag, they give no feedback at the end of the day, my daughter is size 6 nappies and she came home in a size 3 nappy! On collection one day my daughters nappy was down to her knees! Clearly hadn\u00e2\u0080\u0099t been changed for hours! They do not follow dietary requirements, the reception staff don\u00e2\u0080\u0099t know what day it is, they don\u00e2\u0080\u0099t even know that your child is on the nursery premises!
