The young people I work with and my team around me, the children are well cared for and their individual needs are catered for here at Barton. The young people I work with and my team around me, the children are well cared for and their individual needs are catered for here at Barton. It is a very rewarding job and I myself have developed and grown as a person with the support of the management team around me, the rewards are massive when I look back and see how the children have developed in to lovely adults who have achieved so much.
