The excellent headmistress and teachers are committed, the children are enthusiastic and there is a fantastic community spirit. The children learn to sign in order to communicate with those with impaired hearing, and there is an ever increasing range of after school clubs. The school has recently received a very well deserved \"good\" rating from Ofsted. Children take on many key roles with the older ones helping the younger ones with phonics and making sure no one is alone in the playground unless they want to be.
