The teachers focus on the GCSE curriculum from year 9, emphasising on at least getting a Grade 6 in all important subjects. Coming from a student who has been at the school since 2012 i have seen many changes in my time at the school, mostly good. The addition of new teachers, lockers a head teacher have all helped the school in consequence. The schools curriculum both on the Islamic and national side are taught brilliantly well, with amazing teachers such as the maths, English, history, R.E and Arabic teacher to name a few. The Islamic teachers work exceptionally hard to help students achieve their ultimate goal, (Moulana Sayeed, Zubair, Mazhar) many thanks to you all) within the school and make good of the hard earned fees that the parents of the students pay.
Some comments may say that this is overpriced however it is all ultimately dependent on the effort the students put in as at the end of the day it is their education. coming into my final year at this School i have to say i am very sad that my time is coming to an end, and i hope In Sha Allah i can leave a legacy for this school as it has provided a lot for me.
Ultimately this school is one of the best in creating good students that carry outstanding character, and with the changes that are being made i can envisage that this will continue for many years to come.
Finally, i have to say that being a good Muslim, is someone who always tells the truth, and i believe it would be a sin for me to say that this school is without its faults, after all there is always a bad side to everything, however in this schools case i do believe the good outweighs the bad. However, these bad qualities must be eradicated to help this school reach its fullest potential. For instance the disciplinary system might favor some over others. (i personally have had experience of this to say the truth.) also the lunches and overall display of the school still need a tad bit of work.
Overlooking these few downsides, i still believe that this school is still the best place to send your children to provide them with the best-est of futures.
Thank you.
en
Overall, this school is outstanding. With the help of my dear teacher’s I was able to pass every one of my examinations and leave with 10 GCSE’s, all being within A*-C. On the Islamic side of things, I was also able to complete a fair share of my Alimiyyah and Hifz course, however, I feel as though I should have completed more of the course during my time here, I was pushed continuously to reach my potential but failed to take the opportunities given.
The small number of pupils in each year group allow the teachers to concentrate more on the students, ultimately leading to the best outcomes. Teachers took great pride in displaying the students work on the school building walls, in order to make the building colourful and attractive but also inform others regarding what is happening in class. Compared to many public state schools, Mazahirul Uloom London and its teachers were different, as they never failed to deliver daily reminders regarding Islam and British Values. Students left the institution with a strong understanding of Islam and a good set of grades which spurred them on to do great things.
Personally, I think Mazahirul Uloom London have a very successful and stable foundation where students thrive in. I am currently in my final year of A-Levels and Alhamdulillah, I am doing well thanks to the advice from my teachers. I would highly recommend this place to those who wish to study here.
en
Alhamdulillah,
As a student of Mazahirul Uloom London from the years 2010 to 2015, I can, without a doubt say that I loved and enjoyed every moment of it.
