Note that I did feel a negative vibe coming. I Called a couple of times after that but seemed like the lady didn't feel like answering the call. In my opinion I think that was very rude and a shame for a school with this reputation to have staff like this answer phone calls\/represent the school. Lady seemed to have a clear English accent and tone.I hope that principle\/director office of school whoever is responsible for staff behaviour has a word with this young lady to as how she is supposed to behave when dealing with Parents and answering phone calls.
