If your boss is supposed to teach French but can't hold a conversation in French, that says it all! Then, when you address the issue with the headteacher, you realise that it does not matter to teach French when you can't speak it! As long as you work through your lunch and you flip burgers (until the headteacher leaves), then you are fully supported! This Head of French is learning Spanish to teach it! That says it all! Same in Sampsons school! All the teachers teaching French there can not speak French! When they do in the classroom, they can not be understood by a French native I mean! Guernsey is worse than mediocre! They prefer someone with a yes boss attitude than someone who can actually do the job! They keep calling themselves as leaders, middle leaders blabla, they are yet to be elected by the people they manage to be leaders! If your boss is supposed to teach French but can't hold a conversation in French, that says it all! Then, when you address the issue with the headteacher, you realise that it does not matter to teach French when you can't speak it! As long as you work through your lunch and you flip burgers (until the headteacher leaves), then you are fully supported! This Head of French is learning Spanish to teach it! That says it all! Same in Sampsons school! All the teachers teaching French there can not speak French! When they do in the classroom, they can not be understood by a French native I mean! Guernsey is worse than mediocre! They prefer someone with a yes boss attitude than someone who can actually do the job! They keep calling themselves as leaders, middle leaders blabla, they are yet to be elected by the people they manage to be leaders! Appaling skills, appaling culture based on favouritism, and idolising your amazing super skilled special management :) Advice: do not promote people who will do anything for you, promote the ones who have the real skills! Check people's French if they teach French! If you are a second in Science.. are you a science specialist? If the answer is no, then you should not be there!
