Then it provided an excellent education on British public boarding school lines which enabled many to achieve much.\nNow, responding to the changing society in the modern UK and the number of fatherless children reducing, it provides top rate Public School education for day pupils in this stockbroker area. It continues in its original aim in providing for disadvantaged pupils for about 10% of its intake.\nAs a retired teacher in the State system I have returned to the school and was impressed with the way the school had developed continuing to provide excellence in education.
