Half these children did not have coats let alone an umbrella. One little boy was rubbing his bare arms because he was cold and already soaking wet from walking just a hundred yards at this point. These children will be drenched through by the time they reach their destination then of course they have to walk back. 4 of the 5 adults I saw with them had umbrellas. Surely this kind of trip should be weather permitting. Is there no common sense with the adults at this school who are willing to treat young children in this manner. I am shocked and horrified by this treatment. Half these children did not have coats let alone an umbrella. One little boy was rubbing his bare arms because he was cold and already soaking wet from walking just a hundred yards at this point. These children will be drenched through by the time they reach their destination then of course they have to walk back. 4 of the 5 adults I saw with them had umbrellas. Surely this kind of trip should be weather permitting. Is there no common sense with the adults at this school who are willing to treat young children in this manner. I am shocked and horrified by this treatment.
