If your child has special needs give this school with a wide birth. We along with three other parents of SEN children pulled him out in the same month. I have since heard endless stories about the neglect with SEN students not only from parents but teaching assistants that have confirmed the lack of effort made with special needs. Make sure every complaint you make no matter how small is in writing because if it's in writing they have to deal with it, it goes on file and the board of governers then have to get involved.
