If you would like to view this content please Allow Cookies Cookie Settings Check out our most recent fabulous Ofsted report! Welcome to Lutley Primary School! As the Headteacher of Lutley Primary School, I am delighted to welcome you to our vibrant and inclusive school community. Having had the privilege of serving this wonderful school for the past 20 years, I am immensely proud of the achievements and progress we have made together. At Lutley Primary, our core values of ‘Learning, Caring, Aiming High—Together’ are at the heart of everything we do. These values are not just words; they are lived and breathed by our pupils, staff, and the wider community every day. During our recent Ofsted inspection, it was celebrated by inspectors that no child or staff is left behind, and their report exemplifies our values. Learning: We are committed to providing a broad and ambitious curriculum that is carefully designed to deepen pupils' knowledge and understanding over time. Our skilled staff ensure that learning is adapted to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). From the very start in Reception, our pupils develop a love of learning, supported by high expectations and a range of enriching experiences. Caring: The well-being of our pupils is a top priority. We foster a nurturing environment where pupils feel safe, respected, and valued. Our school community is characterised by kindness and mutual respect, with pupils demonstrating exceptional behaviour in a calm and orderly environment. We offer extensive opportunities for pupils to enhance their character and take on leadership roles, such as Eco-Councillors, play leaders, and anti-bullying ambassadors. Aiming High: We are ambitious for every pupil to achieve their full potential. Our forensic approach to understanding each pupil's needs ensures that learning is well-matched and enables them to succeed. Our pupils consistently produce work of a high standard across the curriculum, and their achievements reflect our commitment to excellence. Together: At Lutley Primary, we believe in the power of community. Our pupils actively contribute to society through various initiatives, such as collaborating with local organisations, participating in environmental projects, and engaging in cultural and educational visits. We are a Rights Respecting and Skills Builder Gold school and have achieved 10 consecutive Green Flag awards for our sustainability work. These experiences help our pupils develop into considerate and active citizens of the future. I am incredibly proud of our school's achievements and the positive impact we have on our pupils' lives. Together with our dedicated staff, supportive parents, and the wider community, we will continue to strive for excellence and provide the best possible education for our pupils. Thank you for visiting our website and please read our latest Ofsted report in full. I look forward to welcoming you to Lutley Primary School. Warm regards, Mr Alex Hall Headteacher
