I was extremely gutted because my children are well looked after and I work to feed them. If she had concerns she should have involved qualified members of staff that safeguard children and possibly get social services involved. This indicates she was just unprofessional. Secondly, I was called an idiot by the reception staff when I asked for help with paying for school items online as it was confusing.
