Each teacher makes an effort to develop a good relationship with each student and they all know our strengths and weaknesses and can ensure no student is left behind. The disciplinary system is again the best I have ever seen. The use of physical progress cards ensures that no good or bad behaviour goes unnoticed and there is zero tolerance policy on bullying.
